Energy healing

To treat Seasonal Affective Disorder in a truly holistic way we have to consider that there is more to us than can be detected with the 5 senses.  Many cultures believe that the human body consists both of its physical aspect and a less tangible energetic one.  For the Chinese there is the life force Chi that runs along meridians within the body.  For Indians there are the chakras that run throughout the body.
